Leave & Absence
The school does not appreciate frequent request for grant of leave as
regular attendance is very important for the progress of the students.
School is not responsible for any leave after the announcement of examination dates.

• Lave of absence for 1-2 days may be requested through the pages of the school diary.
• For leave of absence for more than 2 days, a written application is required.
In such cases the reason must be clearly stated. Medical leave must be
followed by a Medical Certificate.
• Every absence (sick leave or otherwise) must be entered briefly in the
NON-ATTENDANCE and leave record page and be signed by the
parent or guardian.
• School will not grant half day leave to the students.
• Presence of the Student on the opening and closing days of each term is compulsory.
In case of illness the school authorities must be notified in time and a medical certificate be produced.

Fees
The tuition fee is to be paid for 12 months during Admission.
Students who have not paid the tuition fee and other dues before
the examination will not be allowed to sit for the final examinations.

Rules & Regulations
• The school day commences with a prayer at assembly.
At the sound of the bell, all must line up for the assembly after
which they shall walk in silence to their respective class rooms.
• All the students should attend the morning and afternoon assembly
• The students should come to school daily in full uniform,
they must be clean and tidy.
• Rules of politeness must be observed by all the pupils;
they must respect everyone.
• Except when it rains, no one is allowed inside the class room
during games and break.
• Students are forbidden to write or scribble on the walls, desks,
throw paper or ink in the class room or outside.
• Students are not allowed to come to school with any fancy hair cut
following the fashion of the day.
• Pupils are responsible for the safe custody of their
books and belongings.
• No collection of money for any purpose whatsoever may be made
in school without the permission of the Principal.
